This Benchmade 42 is from a collection. It is in excellent condition with a few very light marks. Edge has been sharpened by Chris Reeve. Latch shows some wear. Includes original sheath, no box or papers. This knife has the non-spring T-latch.

Rare Benchmade 42 Balisong Knife. This is an older version 42 with a rare T-latch instead of the spring latch. The blade is marked Balisong (with Butterfly logo) on front and Benchmade USA on back. There is no mention of steel, but it is assumed to be 12C27 Sandvik. Knife shows very light signs of use on handle, blade is basically in perfect condition. Locks up tight, t-latch shows some wear. Does not include box, papers or sheath.
