The 5.75″ white zirconium oxide ceramic blade makes quick work of any of your chopping or slicing needs. The black rubberized handles are comfortable and secure in hand, even when wet. Ceramic blades are extremely hard for exceptional edge retention but are not recommended for prying, scraping or boning.
